New Shoe & Pants too!!

I took a day off today.... ah...finally some time to sleep. housework is piling up, my room looks like a tsunami after-effect.... hubby's been extremely busy......going away next week again......sigh....

Remember my interview last week?? Well, the lady boss commented that i may be a little too soft spoken for a job like sales... huh?? But i've been in this line for the past 5 yrs!!!! Well, probably wont get that job lah ....... Anyway, of course we "behave" ourselves during interviews and talk nicely n all wat......

Oh ya......the thing is.....that day itself I got another call for Interview. Today I have another call for Interview. So next week i'll be having interviews both monday and tuesday! Sheeeshhh........how to be a housewife like this??! And i did not even apply for those jobs..... I have employer request from Jobstreet as well as being head hunted.

I think its my age. I'm finally old enough to be "seasoned" for work and i guess that is what people are looking for outthere....."you know....those jobs that require at least MORE than 5 Years working experience". And Here am I.
Should I consider this as a new phase in life??
haha.....

Oh ya......last week i went shopping with Mum while i sent my car for the much needed servicing. And she bought me this shoe. I also bought a pair of aladdin pants!! The details are sooo lovely.

Blogger-Gmail problem

I have SOooooooooooooo many Gmail accounts sometimes I just cant keep count.
But most frequently I have like 3-4 Gmail accounts that i check on a regular basis.
1 for personal, another one for junks.....another one for office alternative.....and another is tied to this blog.

I love Gmail!!
but if there is ONE thing that i would complain about them is not being able to log-in to multiple accounts at the same time.
I'm a firefox user because I like the tab feature (although IE already have that too but im lazy to upgrade my IE)
I always have this problem of login into my personal email while using blogger...and then.....
the unexpected happen when i absent mindedly comment on those blogs where i was visiting....
horror of horrors!! my real name appears!!!!
aiyooo.....

Anyone of you experience the same??

Dear readers,

I know im being very sporadic nowadays. Updates are getting lesser but do bear with me a little longer. I've already sounded to the boss about my resignation. I guess things are moving the way I wanted......or NOT.
Because when you're craving for career advancement, there were never any offers but when you're ready to quit and stay home, You've been headhunted.

Sheeshh...... Job offers are coming to me left and right.....pushing me to consider them. So far i have 2 pretty good offer. Am attending another interview later today. Let's just see what happened next.......after all $$$$$ is still always the determining factor of one's decision. ya?
I'm really exhausted that I slept at 8pm last night. Woke-up at 12am feeling hungry. Had a bread, read some newspaper and got tired again.....Slept all the way till this morning!!!!
sigh...and there are still loads of laundry not done yet...

Oh ya, and hubbys back! Yey!!

Review:: Estee Lauder Sparkling Clean Purifying Exfoliator Mask

Thanks to a Suan, The PR Manager of Estee Lauder came to know of my existance. Due to my being green-eyed over Suanie & Fireangel with all those free Estee Lauder stuffs & Beyond Paradise perfume giveaway....... I dropped a comment on Suanie's review and the next thing i know it, Jean dropped me an email to invite me as a product review panel of bloggers. OMG!! I was totally overwhelmed. If you are my regular reader, you'd know how much I am into Estee Lauder. I'm such an Estee Lauder advocate mainly because I totally believe in their products as I've experienced the difference and the result speaks for itself. So, a humble little blog as mine was given a chance to review a new product line due to release in April 2007. *yey!!*

Estee Lauder believes that every skin type has its own cleansing needs therefore there are 3 new types of exfoliator for you to choose from:
1. Sparkling Clean Purifying Exfoliator Mask = For oily skin
(This time, Estee Lauder have been very innovative and came up with this brilliant idea of combining an exfoliator and a mask into a single tube!! Yes, 2-in-1, dual-purpose tube. However only "Sparkling Clean" is dual-purpose and serves as a Mask. The other two are just exfoliators.)

2. Perfectly Clean Fresh Balancing Exfoliator = Normal/Combination skin
3. Soft Clean Moisture Rich Exfoliator = dry skin

So Jean got me the Sparkling Clean Exfoliator Mask to review.
I tried them over the weekend. I find that it works well as a mask. Very cooling.
The exfoliator is rather gentle so it can be used daily. But personally i do not recommend daily exfoliation. It can be hard on the skin. Perhaps alternate days would be better.
The scent is mild although i find that I can distinctly smell the cucumber.
After applying it as a Mask, I find that my skin felt very smooth and suprisingly does not feel dry out. I have this problem with mask that sometimes after washing them off, I can feel dryness on my skin. But I do not have such experience with EL which is a real plus point.

2 Hours at Alpha Angle

Recently I had to send the hubby to wangsa maju for an appointment.
With 2 hours to spare, I went to the only shopping complex that i know of around that area, which is Alpha Angle (Jusco).

Well, as the shops are very limited.......a farrrrrrrrrrrr cry from the size of my regular shoppiong centre a.k.a. 1Utama.....
2 hours was a torture!!! I went in and out of practically every single shop....perhaps twice at some...
and when you leave a fashionista at a shopping centre for 2 hours......

here's the loot.

The best buy was the RM10 sandals i got from Nose. (the beige color one).
I also bought a comfort sandals which was very comfy...RM49.90
Bought a piere cardin bra set .....very cheap RM36 only.
At the same lingerie shop i bought a sexy sleepwear. Extremely comfortable!!! RM39 only...cheapest i've seen so far!
Other misc items such as the kids shampoo was for me....hehe......thought of trying some kiddy shampoo because it is mild to the hair. Been shedding hair quite a fair bit lately...

well........i stopped myself frm buying anymore stuffs for the day after that....

So much to rant...so little time...and a little beauty update

things doesnt look promosing in the office....
the hubby thinks i should just quit n stay home n make babies n serve him.....
(which is something that i secretly wish to happen!!)
But.....i havent quite make the decision yet......my hunch is...im gonna quit soon enough...

been transfered to another location......not very convenient to blog in the office bcos its closer to the management ppl......hehe......
can't quite blog frm home either lately....the internet connection sucks big time!! really!!! why izzit sooooooooooooo pethetically slow these days huh??

Well, its the last day of Chinese New Year a.k.a chap goh meh (litterally translated frm hokkien meaning the 15th night).
It is also the Chinese version of Valentines Day you know.
Traditionally, maidens will go to the river and throw mandrin oranges into the river.....and make a wish for the man of her dreams!! hehe........
well, im married so there's nothing for me to do nowadays.

Now back to beauty updates:

Me being busy and not updating doesnt mean that i havent been buying anything.......
hehe.......bought quite abit of stuffs....but just to mention a few...


I tried the Dream Matte Mousse frm maybelline.
I was really curious about how it would work on my skin.
hmm.....after using it i have this to say. Yup...truelly mattify your skin. But doesnt quite work well as foundation.
I like to use them AFTER my moisturizer & foundation. It works rather well as concealer to cover up blemishes that shows even after the foundation step. It also works as well as a powder at that you can even skip the power after it. I just don't quite like the idea of poking my fingers into them when its half empty and having them mousse stuck in between my nails.

I also bought

Vaselin lip Therapy.
This is actually pretty good stuff. I heard much ravings about this from people with chappy lippy that i thought i must try it. So i did. I like it. I think men could use this too as it doesnt look like lipstick, you can always squeeze some on your fingers and then dab them on your lips.

Yesterday i finally bought 2 Silkygirl Funky Eyelights Pencil. In Olive green and another one in Blue(forgot the name of the color).
I adore the color. It is suppose to be funky eyeliner colors but i like to use them as eyeshadow. The color is intense enough. After you put them on, you dont have to put on any eyeshadow! which works great for a busy n not to mention lazy person like me. hehe
