My Fair Lady Musical!!! Lu-ve-ly!!!

Today is the day that I've been waiting for since more than a month ago!! My Fair Lady Musical!!!
OH-MY-LORD it is simply superb!!!!!! Wish I had pictures to show you guys but I promised Mr.Oli Sones, the london producer of MyFairLady musical (who happen to stumble upon my humble blog)that i wouldn't. So I kept my word.

I can't believe how wonderful the ensemble was....with minimal furnitures, minimal stage space, minimal manpower, with only about 22 stage performers.....they pull together the whole show for 3 hours!! There were never a dull moment!! I find myself giggling silly at thier dialog. I absolutely loveeeeee their dialog!! Very funny and so proper at the same time!! Haven't heard such pleasant english before in my entire life!!! It helped that I was such a MFL fan though....I guess I loved it even more coz I found myself singing along (silently) to all the songs.....I must have watched the movie a dozen times when i was a kid.......

And by george......did i mention that the entire show was accompanied by a live ochestra??!!!!ya with a proper conductor and all!!!!

When the show ended....i felt satisfied and that the money spent was well worth it. I bought the cheapest tickets at RM80 (RM100 with 20% discounts)!! and it wasnt really that far frm the stage and I can still see the performers at a decent size.....hehe........cheapskate me...

When we came out from the show, I had wanted to look for some MFL merchendize to purchase but I couldn't find any. But they were selling this booklettes for RM30 with some info about the act, the actors and actresses...producers...etc.. and i heard that they were selling the VCD's too though I didn't manage to see any....

Oh well......I'm happy!! Bravo to the team!! you are all great!!!

ps. Don't feel sad or offended if we(Malaysians) didn't give you a standing ovation. Trust me, we love you!!! Its just our custom or "habit" u may call it.....we're kinda conservative in expressing ourselves.....Cheers!!!!

Hi hi! I watched it last nite! Waaa... u sat very far wor... we only managed to get the RM180 seat and I thought wah liao, so far... the RM250 for last nite was sold out. I enjoyed it too altho' I wished I had a pair of binoculars ;)

Hey, they got sell t-shirts, CD (the OST) and Teddy Bear. At first I wanted to get the baby-T but the blue words against the black coloured shirt was just not striking, in fact, can't even see it clearly. So, din buy anything in the end... The next one will be The King & I. U going? ;)
