Well..........As you fashionista's would notice already that Loreal, with their creative marketing have launched the limited edition "Color Riche Star Secrets" Lipsticks.
These lipsticks are beautifully endorsed with signature in gold of various popular icons as well as Loreal's embassador. Each person representing their unique colors.
When I saw them, I wanted to buy ALL OF THEM!!! The colors are really really gorgeous. Not to mention that it is "Limited Edition"....although I have no idea how many they produced, but the word limited edition almost never fail to make me buy one as keepsakes.
I was browsing the counter with all those pretty colors, and having no testers available for me to try out the colors, it was pretty tough choosing the perfect one. I was totally tempted to get "Aishwarya Rai" because of "her" and not the color because....she is absolutely the most gorgeous bollywood actress I've known. hehe.....and also because her color is "nude", which is a very popular color among the hollywood's rich and famous. I also like the color endorsed by Michelle Reis, another one of my favourite beauty. However, the patriotic side of me was totally proud of our very own Datuk Michelle Yeoh....and in the end I thought.....oh well, her color "Coral Magic" is indeed very special. Its slightly peachy orange with golden shimmers. I dont have much such colors in my lipstick collection anyway so I thought it would be a great color to have. I bought it at RM28.88. I tried it out yesterday and I love the color!
I would probably over the months, collect 1 or 2 more of them. I just need to decide which color (or which stars) I like better.
Have you gotten 1 yet? As Loreal would say : " Its worth it!" :)

Sometimes the actual color comes out pretty different than just by looking at it. A bit like gambling, no? Lucky you got a good color. BTW good to have you back ;)

Yay! Michelle Yeoh is the only one I got coz I love the colour! I've been using it nearly everyday and it works really well with my colouring. I didn't like Aishwarya Rai because nudes just look glossy on me and I also look dead :p But great choice!
clair: like gambling? absolutely!!...ive bought countless lipsticks....id say 50% of the time i like what i bought...another 50%....well...mehhh...looks good on the back of my hand but not on my lips...:P but lipgloss can do wonders to brighten up some colors....colors i dont quite like turn out pretty good for blending purposes.

ParisB: yey!! high5! great minds galfriend. Great minds. ;) I ADORE it!! Been using for the past 2 days and i'm falling in lurveeee with the color. Never had anything quite like this before. I'm kinda tempted to get Laetitia Casta, Milla Jovavich looks yummie for an elegant night out...Michelle Reis too but the color seems abit common that one. Michelle Yeoh Rawks!!

Wow, you got it for RM 28? I bought two for RM32 @ Guardian - sheesh. I got Michelle Reis (lovely) and Gong Li (ditto). I'm definitely going to go back and get the Michelle Yeoh one.

Nowadays, I prefer to use lipgloss instead of lipstick cos the latter can look too cakey and creamy if you know what I mean.
