I like them really hard and crunchy too, but hubby prefer softer ones. :/ Those in my fridge had gone slightly soft, so time to restock!

About Paypal, I posted a reply on my blog, but while I'm here, might as well copy it here too:

"I faxed my credit card statement to Sydney as proof of identity. It took Paypal 3-4 days to review the document and my account was restored almost rightaway. But that payment wasn't released to the seller for another 2-3 weeks. :/"
